Option 1:

• Call (800) 577-8767, Select Option 1
• Tell iTero you would like to add “Digital Dental Technology” to your scanner
• You can identify us by phone number: (609) 703-8711 or by Company ID: “30778”
• iTero may ask you to restart your scanner for the change to be applied
• Choose “Digital Dental Technology” on your scanner when you send files

Option 2:

• Sign into your iTero scanner
• Connect with Digital Dental Technology using our Company ID: “30778”
• After connecting us as a lab, select “Digital Dental Technology” on your scanner when sending files.

Once the lab is added, you can:

1. Refresh the system
2. Complete the iTero Rx lab form
3. Select the lab
4. Perform a test scan with the iTero scanner
5. Send the test scan to the lab

When sending files to a lab, you can select the lab from the list of iTero labs in the "Ship To" field
